My name is Dena Palmer, and I am a Client Specialist for Ratner Property Management and Maintenance. I bring 30 years of sales experience and 20 years of marketing experience to Ratner. I am eager to continue my professional growth with the company and to become acquainted with our new owners as they join the Ratner family. Although I am a native of the Northwest, I have resided in Los Angeles for the past eight years and anticipate many more years here.

I'm Arely Castillo, a dedicated property manager at Ratner with nearly 10 years of experience. Reliable, responsible, and always eager to learn and grow, I prioritize creating positive experiences for owners, residents, and my team. As a proud mom of four, I’ve mastered patience, adaptability, and multitasking—essential skills in property management!

I'm Shaina Chayemour, and as a dedicated property manager with three years at Ratner Property Management, I'm passionate about creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for my tenants. I love connecting with residents, addressing concerns, and ensuring they feel at home. For property owners, I focus on maintaining and enhancing the value of your investment while ensuring smooth, efficient management. My goal is to provide a positive experience for both tenants and owners alike, with clear communication and exceptional service every step of the way.

I am Emily Montoya the Lead Maintenance Coordinator with 5 years of experience, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant operations. I manage maintenance requests, city compliance, and vacancy turnovers, communicating with vendors to ensure proper repairs and resident satisfaction. As the maintenance department leader, I provide property managers with peace of mind through problem-solving skills and attention to detail, also focusing on process improvement and property value enhancement. Hi, I’m Irene Howell. I have been part of the Ratner Family for the past 15 years. During this time, I have been fortunate enough to have worked in various areas of the company, which has enabled me to gain firsthand knowledge of how to work with and value our owners and tenants. Transparency,communication and trust is the cornerstone of my approach when working with owners both new and old. I love my job and look forward to meeting and working with you, as your client specialist!

I am Jacob Stauber, a dedicated Assistant Commercial Property Manager. With a passion for keeping operations running smoothly, Jacob ensures that our properties are well-maintained and our tenants are supported. His problem-solving skills and commitment to efficiency make him a valuable asset to the team. When he’s not managing properties, you might find him at the local rock show or at home playing the newest video game.

I’m Noam, an Assistant Property Manager at Ratner. I help ensure that commercial properties operate smoothly by assisting with operations, addressing tenant needs, and coordinating maintenance. I am committed to being a reliable and thoughtful point of contact while continuously learning in my role. Fun fact: I train in jiu-jitsu and judo, which helps me develop problem-solving skills both on and off the mat!

Hi! My name is Eliana Lieberman. As the Assistant Property Manager, I assist our managers with the daily operations of our properties, splitting my time between office-based administrative tasks and being out in the field overseeing the properties. I work closely with the managers to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. I am dedicated to tenant and owner satisfaction, as well as fostering a positive environment. When I’m not busy making sure that your home is up to par, you can find me line dancing across Southern California.
